INCLUDES OVERNIGHT STAFF & DAYCARE

Daycare is included in our nightly rate during your pup's stay!

Check-In:

- Monday-Friday: 3-6 PM (no extra fee)

- Weekends: 2-4 PM (no extra fee)

- Early check-in (before scheduled time): $25 fee for daycare

Departure:

- Monday-Friday: 7-10 AM (no extra fee)

- Saturday and Sunday: 9-11 AM (no extra fee)

- Late check-out (after scheduled time): $25 fee for daycare

Before boarding, all pups must complete a trial day to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our furry friends!

Since our boarding pups have full access to daycare during their stay, we want to make sure they're comfortable and well-suited for our play-based environment. The trial day helps us assess their socialization skills, energy levels, and overall temperament.

By completing this step, we can guarantee a happy and stress-free stay for your pup

Vaccines:

Rabies, DHLPP/Da2PP, and Bordetella

(kennel cough - 1 year vaccine accepted)

We highly recommend your pup receiving the influenza vaccine!
Must have yearly fecal exam. 

If your pup has any medical conditions or allergies, please let us know! We want to ensure your furry friend receives the best care possible during their stay with us.

Please inform us of any:

- Medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, arthritis, epilepsy)

- Allergies (e.g., food, environmental, medication)

- Special needs or requirements

To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit. 

Here's our cancellation policy:

- If cancelled within 72 hours, your deposit will be credited to your account on file with us.

- If cancelled after the 72-hour window, you will be charged the full amount.

Please note that we have limited space and strive to accommodate all our guests. Payments will be processed at check-in. Any additional services (add-ons) or changes to your travel plans will incur extra charges, including:

- Last-minute changes

- Cutting your trip short

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

To ensure your dog's meals are handled and served correctly, please follow these guidelines:

- Divide meals into individual portions

- Label each meal completely with:

 - Dog's name

 - Meal type (e.g., breakfast, lunch, dinner)

 - Date

- Use a Ziploc bag or a single-serving container with a secure lid (no plastic fold-over bags)

- Apply this labeling procedure to:

 - Dry food

 - Canned food

 - Refrigerated food

By following these steps, you'll help us ensure your dog's meals are accurate and safe. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask!

Before your dog's stay with us, please provide the following medication details:

- Medication name

- Dosage

- Administration schedule

Please note:

- Do not bag or separate medications yourself

- Do not place medications in meal bags (including supplements)

- Medications must be in their original pill bottles with:

 - Your dog's information

 - Prescriber's instructions

Feel free to add any additional instructions regarding medications or food, and we will display them prominently for our daycare staff to review. This ensures your dog receives the proper care and attention during their stay with us.
