I started The Posh Pup with one simple goal: to create a safe, clean, and loving place where dogs are treated like family. As a lifelong dog lover, I wanted to build a business based on honesty, transparency, and truly personalized care.

Today, The Posh Pup proudly serves families in Acton and Bolton, offering dog daycare, luxury boarding, and full-service grooming. Our Bolton location is a premier Pet Resort & Spa featuring spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, luxury overnight suites, overnight staff onsite, and a stress-free grooming experience.

What makes us different is our commitment to individualized care. We don’t believe dogs should spend their day sitting in kennels. Instead, our guests enjoy structured play, enrichment, and plenty of attention from our experienced, CPR and First Aid–trained team.

As a hands-on owner, I am actively involved in the day-to-day operations and genuinely care about every dog that walks through our doors. Whether your pup is visiting for daycare, boarding, or grooming, our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and enriching experience while giving you complete peace of mind.

Mikayla has been working with animals since 2022, beginning as a dog walker before quickly discovering her passion for animal care. Her positive, energetic attitude shines through every day as she ensures each pup feels safe, happy, and excited to be at daycare. Mikayla connects naturally with dogs of all breeds and personalities, taking the time to get to know what makes each one unique.

Outside of The Posh Pup, Mikayla loves  an adventure—whether it’s hiking trails, spending time at the beach, or exploring new places. She’s also a creative spirit who enjoys art and hands-on projects in her free time. Her enthusiasm and genuine love for animals make her a joyful and valued member of our team.

Kenzie's genuine love for animals and warm personality made her a natural fit for our team. With over five years of hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities, Kenzie brings a calm, caring, and attentive approach to every pup she meets. She is highly detail-oriented and takes the time to understand each dog’s unique needs, routines, and quirks to ensure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved.

Whether she is supervising playgroups, providing one-on-one attention, or helping nervous dogs settle in, Kenzie has a natural ability to build trust and create positive experiences for every dog in her care. Her gentle demeanor and genuine love for animals make her a favorite among both our canine guests and their owners.

When she’s not spending time with the pups at The Posh Pup, Kenzie loves being near the beach, exploring nature, enjoying an iced Dunkin’ coffee, and appreciating the simple moments in life.

Laurie’s passion for dogs is undeniable, and her knowledge of canine care is exceptional. With years of experience working at various dog daycare facilities and running her own successful dog walking business, she has dedicated her life to being surrounded by dogs.

Her true expertise and passion lie in caring for senior pups, ensuring they receive the patience, comfort, and specialized attention they deserve. When Laurie joined The Posh Pup, she knew it was the perfect fit—a facility that aligns with her high standards of care and love for every pup, especially those in their golden years.

When she’s not at The Posh Pup or out walking her furry clients, she’s spending time with her two beloved dogs, Lacey and Gemma.
